..TOOK THIS FROM THE INTERNET AGAIN.. As we reported earlier, Jack Thompson has taken Bully to court in hopes that a judge would decide that the game is a public nuisance. After a Take-Two employee played through various parts of the game for the judge, the judge has deemed that the game is suitable for sale.
